Our ready-to-assemble furniture is professionally built and delivered to your home, business or office. With our flat pack delivery service, you don't have to carry a thing! All you need to do is order the products with us and our delivery service team will bring your products to your doorstep ready to be assembled either by you or by our team of professionals. If you choose to assemble the furniture yourself, in the package delivered to you by our team you will find all the furniture components, the assembly guide and everything else you need in order to assemble the furniture item correctly.

INSTALLATION SERVICE

If you require installation, there will be a no charge depending on your location and the items that need installed. Here at PK Furniture we can assemble everything with ease from desks to bookcases or shelving systems, our team of professionals can do it all for you. Why stress yourself and spend time trying to assemble the furniture when you can use our qualified assemblers to help you? We deliver your products to you, we unpack it, build it and set it up to your satisfaction.

Yes you do, just follow the easy steps on the screen. This will allow you to order easily without having to filling in your details every time you shop with us.

3. HOW DO I TEST / CHECK THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT?

1. WHAT IS THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHOD?

We do provide several types of payment methods, Kindly refer to our Payment & Shipping Policy.

2. DO YOU OFFER INSTALLMENT PLAN?

We DO NOT offer any installment plan at this moment for our website products. However we do accept this on our third party platforms i.e. LAZADA Store. Please refer to our LAZADA Store for more information if you wish to understand more about available installment plan for selected products.

3. HOW CAN I CLAIM MY DISCOUNT VOUCHER?

At your checkout page, click "Use Gift Voucher" bullet button, enter your gift voucher code in the given column and click the "APPLY VOUCHER" button. Your total amount after discount should be reflected instantly. Should there be any technical issue, please screen shot your webpage and email to us at hello@lavino.com.my. We shall get back to you within 24 hours working time.

4. DO YOU PROVIDE ANY BULK PURCHASE OFFER / COMMERCIAL PROJECT QUOTATION?

2. DO YOU DELIVER TO OUTSTATION BESIDES JOHOR?

We can deliver outside johor district. For outstation custom delivery request, please email us at sales@pk2u.com.my . We will come back to you by soonest possible on the potential arrangement and outstation delivery cost.

3. HOW LONG IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

Our standard delivery time is 1 – 2 weeks depending on your purchase platform and product. Kindly be rest assured that we will be in contact with you 1 day prior to your delivery date. For selected campaign's promo & other platform items - It is entitle to 8 working days of delivery timeline. As for all the listed general items in our website - It is 14 to 21 working days of delivery timeline.

4. CAN I MAKE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS IF I WANT TO HAVE DEDICATED DELIVERY DATE & TIME?

At this moment we apologise that we are only able to deliver within the 8 to 21 days time frame. However we do provide a pick up option if you would like to arrange your own immediate collection (For small items). Unfortunately, we can't guarantee you the stock availability for the items you are looking for. However do feel free to contact us at +6018-7845887 to check on the product stock availability before your purchase. Thank you.

5. CAN I REQUEST WEEKEND DELIVERY? OR ANY SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUEST?

You may enter your special request or any additional instructions during purchase checkout. We will come back to you by soonest possible on the potential arrangements.
WARRANTY & CLAIMS ENQUIRIES

1. DO YOU PROVIDE PRODUCT WARRANTY?

Yes we do! All products purchased from us will be assured with a minimum of 3-months product warranty. Certain products are entitle up to 10-years and above too!

2. IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT QUALITY, CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

Unfortunately we do not cover personal comfort's expectations therefore we are unable to accept return unless it is due to manufacturing defect(s). If you have purchased the product from our others e-commerce platform, refer to the e-commerce Return Policy for more information on the product return procedure.

GENTLE REMINDER: All transportation & minimal administrative charges will be born by the customer. If you have purchased the product from our online store ,we may not be able to proceed on your product return if there is no manufacturing defect(s) that can be examined through photo proof.

3. I HAVE RECEIVED A BROKEN/ MALFUNCTION PRODUCT, HOW CAN I RETURN / REPLACE THE PRODUCT?

Our sincerest apologies if this mishap happened. Please fill up our Complaint & Return Form. Our respective personnel will follow up with you personally within 24 hours during working hour. You may also refer to our site Terms & Conditions for more details information.

4. CAN I KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL BE UNTIL I HAVE RECEIVE MY REFUND?

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Our refund policy is 7 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

WARRANTY

PK FURNITURE SYSTEM WARRANTY INFORMATION

PK Furniture System promises to repair or replace component of ALL OFFICE CHAIR that is found to be defective in material or workmanship within 1 year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is subject to the provisions below.

COMPONENT AND PART

  • Chair base and castor is warranted for one year from date of purchase.
  • Gas lift and mechanism is warranted for one year from date of purchase.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not apply and no other warranty applies to:
  • All upholstered mesh, fabric, pu, pvc and leather.
  • Normal wear and tear, which are to be expected over the course of ownership.
  • Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by PK Furniture System.
  • Products that were not installed, used or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings.
  • Products used for rental purposes.

TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY

By following the procedures outlined below, you can be assured of the best level of service.

1. Contact us at  +607-5953587 or  +6018-7845887 within 30 days of discovery of the defect. Be prepared to affirm that you are the original purchaser of the product and to provide the invoice numbers from the product in question.

2. We will gather all pertinent information regarding the claim and inspect the product. (Please allow a reasonable amount of time for inspection and review.)

If PK Furniture System affirms that the product in question is eligible under the conditions of the warranty as stated above, the customer service representative will determine whether to provide replacement parts or authorize repairs.
